Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up your mess quickly and efficiently, a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacs and mops in my tests have top-notch mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds without leaving them behind.
They're also simple to use using an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and check on how they're up to.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combination with bleeding-edge features take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and picked up pet hair and human dander almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a miniature map of your home and a few buttons on the screen for manual control.
Another noteworthy characteristic of the S8 is its ability to alter its cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas get priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.
The mop roller has several other clever features, such as docks that connects to your home plumbing system to wash and clean it without you having to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant of the S8, you can use voice commands to specify room cleaning modes and precise control with just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands free robot vacuum with mopping capabilities. It's among the many combinator robot vacuums that include mopping features that are also available at a lower cost than competitors.
Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to get started, including creating an account on the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've done this, the robot will begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.
It is important to note that the mapping process takes a while, and it may take a few tries before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate view of your space. The object detection feature is an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles, but it was stuck on a rug with tassels, and needed to turn to release itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned, not just cleaned. The detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that enables you to reach areas that robot vacuums can't.
The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few other smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home's environment and provide an adaptive obstacle avoidance. The smart app allows you to modify a range of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads, empty the dust bins and put the debris in the self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from returning to the system. Its battery life is long enough to cover large areas without the need for a recharge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the top-quality robot vacuums and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It is equipped with an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a moving floor brush for carpets, and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also features an innovative mopping technique that uses a roller constantly misting with water to capture dirt, and then dump it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without falling and staying clear of stairs. However, it had trouble with fine-grained debris and was not always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also very high, which means this model may not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.
Like most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. robot vacuum cleaner reviews makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with a regular schedule. Eufy's app allows you to manage all of its functions. It gives an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best mowers and vacuums available that are available. It provides amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor is able to recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with decent accuracy, and the app lets users fine-tune map coverage, set zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The main roller brush of the Freo is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which can be a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM, while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, lifting the pads up when they're close to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them with.
The docking station is an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station also has integrated dust processing that compacts dust over 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins each time they are cleaned.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my office tidy. It also has the ability to reach all corners of my small apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create an outline of your space and knows where to stay away from. And, unlike many vacuums that have mopping capabilities, it has object/obstacle detection that avoids items such as bowls and dog toys (but not poop).
It has other great notable features, like an automatic emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.
Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping, and can distinguish between laminate, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to reduce time. It's a great option if you have a mix of flooring in your home and aren't looking to spend the money to buy Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to manage regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this little robot is a great choice. It has a wide range of features like the ability to empty the dustbin on its own as well as an additional water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's extremely quiet, and it's able to move around furniture legs and socks with ease. However, it isn't able to remove tangled rug tassels and its battery drains a little faster than other models in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that provides an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek. It didn't score quite as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It also comes with a selection of cleaning options to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for debris that is light to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for rooms with carpet. It even has the ability to automatically remove and replace its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in smaller spaces. It's extremely quiet and speedy and is a great choice for getting around tight spots. It's also extremely effective at removing pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has good suction power and can be configured to take photos of each object it chooses (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not located' so that they are not picked up again during future cleanings. The photos are secured and are not linked to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but it's not so well at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
